Reading at the Rock

Reading at the Rock celebrated one year of offering books, tutoring, and community programs at Christ the King Lutheran Church.

"What started as a temporary effort, has now grown into a fully volunteer run library space."

Community members in northwest Colorado Springs marked one year of Reading at the Rock, a volunteer-run interim library created after the Rockrimmon Library closed in 2024. Hosted at Christ the King Lutheran Church, the space now offers more than 6,000 donated books, tutoring, and programs while volunteers hope for a permanent library.
