Instructions

1. If you would like to be considered as a voting member for this year's assembly, please fill out the Retiree Form by March 31, 2026.

2. Twenty-four names and several alternates will be chosen.

3. You will be notified on or before April 5, 2026, if your name is selected.

4. When you are informed that you are one of the 24 you will be provided a "coupon code" to reduce your registration fee to $185. DO NOT REGISTER BEFORE RECEIVING WORD FROM YVONNE.

Scholarship Application

Instructions

1. Fill out scholarship Form by March 31, 2026

2. Scholarships are limited and intended for financial hardship. There is $10,000 available for scholarships. Each scholarship is for half the cost of registration.

3. If you are selected, you will be notified by on or before April 5, 2026.

4. When you are informed that you are a recipient, you will be provided a "coupon code" to reduce the cost of your registration. DO NOT REGISTER BEFORE RECEIVING WORD FROM YVONNE, SYNOD MINISTER FOR ADMINISTRATION.
