You are free to secure lodging anywhere you chose. The synod is not contracting a room block for this year’s Assembly. The synod is providing you with a couple of options close to Bethany Lutheran Church with reasonable rates. ***To ensure best rates, we suggest you make your reservations as far in advance as possible. Since there is not a block of rooms reserved, the closer it is to the date of the assembly; there might not be availability if you wait too long.

Hotels may offer discounts (for example, senior, AAA, military, and other rates). Each participant is responsible for booking lodging and arranging transportation from the airport (if flying).

The synod will provide daily shuttles between each of the hotels listed below and Bethany Lutheran Church for the duration of the Assembly.
