Saturday March 14, 2026	Submission for Memorial and Resolutions (This is a hard deadline, no exceptions)
Saturday March 14, 2026	Nominations for Synod Council and Synod Committees are due
Tuesday March 31, 2026	Retiree Application Due (10% of Assembly)
Tuesday March 31, 2026	Scholarship Applications Due (limited and intended for financial hardship)
April 3, 2026	Pre-assembly materials distributed to those registered, per bylaw, to Assembly
April 5, 2026	Retiree voting members notified (on or before)
April 5, 2026	Scholarship recipients notified (on or before)
April 10, 2026	Assembly Registration Closes
April 11, 2026	Pre-assembly materials distributed to those registered, per bylaw, to Assembly

1:00 pm	New to the Synod: Are you a first time assembly attendee and voting member or new to the Synod? Join in for a session to go over the assembly agenda and important things to note.
